Integrated data landscape: AP and PX modules working together
The latest example of synergy in action on the mydocma platform: transferring images from forms in mydocma AP to image management PX.
Added value through networking
The transfer of images from the AP form manager to the PX image management system is a prime example of the integration concept that underpins our mydocma platform. It shows how intelligent networking can create real added value. Photos remain in the context of the form, but are also available in the image management system. Thanks to the complete transfer of image data, they can be reused there in a targeted manner – with all the advantages of the module, such as convenient search, flexible reports, structured filing, secure archiving, before-and-after or progress documentation, etc.
The advantage: no double maintenance, no version conflicts and a big plus for cross-team collaboration.
One image = one data record: recorded in the form, available in the target system
A photo is therefore not just a piece of evidence in the form, but becomes an active information component when transferred to image management – available at any time and versatile in its use throughout project and quality management. This is how integration becomes real progress – noticeable in everyday work and valuable for every project.
