How would we present our company in three sentences?
Our interdisciplinary team of 30 people supports numerous customers from the construction and real estate sector in the digitalisation of central business processes – with standard software for: Construction documentation, fire protection and the management of defects, images, forms, documents and interfaces. The departments at edr software are organised in a lean way and are characterised by flat hierarchies, personal responsibility, the ability to reflect, creativity of ideas, a good flow of communication, constructive teamwork and short decision-making processes. The trio of managing directors and the employees follow a clear mission: to significantly advance the digital transformation of the construction industry!
What are our greatest successes?
We are proud of our good standing in the market, which is due to the high level of maturity and performance of our products and our service. 80 per cent of Germany’s TOP TEN construction companies use our software. We gain the lion’s share of our customers through recommendation, and the fluctuation in our business relationships is almost zero. Construction companies, engineers, architects, project developers, … – we have launched digital solutions for a very broad target group. Our modules are/were involved in the realisation of Germany’s most prestigious construction projects such as Stuttgart 21, the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, the new Axel Springer building, Microsoft headquarters, etc.
Where do we see ourselves in 5 years?
We are on a steady expansion course and will be represented with our multilingual software products not only in German-speaking countries but also internationally. With even more intelligent construction applications and integration solutions. And, favoured by the flexible configuration of our products, with additional user groups.
What are our strengths?
With our roots in EDR Ingenieurgesellschaft and 18 years of experience gained through learning by doing, we have in-depth specialist and industry knowledge and our in-depth understanding of processes makes us extremely responsive and strong consultants. Thanks to our excellent networking with all players in the sector, we are able to analyse the market intensively, quickly sound out user needs and adapt technological developments. Using agile methods, we always develop our portfolio in a customer-centred, tried-and-tested and highly innovative way.
