JaKo Baudenkmalpflege is a full-service provider for the planning, restoration and relocation of historic buildings. In addition to private building owners, its customers also include many open-air museums, for which ‘JaKo-Monitoring’ was developed using our defect management software mydocma MM.
JaKo-Monitoring’ offers optimum maintenance for historical buildings in an open-air museum. The buildings are inspected annually and existing damage is digitally recorded and categorised on a tablet using the mydocma MM software. Necessary restoration measures are documented directly on site, categorised according to their urgency and a fixed price is set.
This maintenance concept guarantees the open-air museums planning and cost certainty and complete control over all maintenance measures.
