How long is the contract term?+

We have put together an attractive introductory offer for you: You will receive a free trial period of two months with an unlimited satisfaction guarantee. That means: If the selected product does not meet your expectations, you won’t be charged with any costs. If you are convinced of our solutions after the test phase and you would like to enter into a business relationsship, the contract term is 12 months.

What are the billing modalities?+

Usually the bill period is one month. The invoices are paid by bank transfer. Upon request, you could also arrange a semi-annual or annual payment.

Can flexible scalling be made?+

Yes, our price concept suits your individual needs. Depending on the order situation, you can upgrade the price model and thus adapt the use of modules, storage capacity and the number of users to your current circumstances.

Are the software products also available as in-house solutions?+

In addition to the software as a service model, we also offer our digital products as in-house-solutions, i.e. they are operated via your company’s own server. Anyone who acquires a purchase license receives technical support and comprehensive maintenance once a year from edr software.

How can I involve subcontractors?+

A limitless number of subcontractors can be integrated free of charge via a User Web Link. It can be embedded in letters or emails – as a classic link or stored in a QR code. By using the QR-Code, the recipient will be directed to a response form. Here he recieves information about the defect in the form of a text, image, plan extract, etc. and can also give feedback on the status of the defect as quickly as possible, e.g. to notificate repaired defets or to deactivate defects. Optionally with photographic evidences and comments.

Can the solutions also be used offline?+

Yes! Our mobile apps can be used offline. After you have downloaded the required project data with an internet connection, you can continue to edit your data offline Your entries are automatically transferred into the system as soon as you are online again.

Where and how securely is the data stored?+

Your data is stored in the security-certified data centers of InfraServ Gendorf GmbH, in compliance with ISO standard 27001 – a globally recognized standard for assessing the security of information and IT environments. All data exchange takes place via a secure SSL connection, i.e. the transmission between browser and server is encrypted.

With which devices can I use the software?+

In the office you work with our construction software on the PC. Thanks to our apps, you can use them on construcion site with all common iOS and Android-based smartphones and tablets.

Can I also export the collected data?+

Of course, you can download and export your data at any time. Regardless of whether it is individual project information, project reports, project structures, plans, photos, etc.

Which technical requirements are necessary?+

Our systems run on the common operating systems – Windows, Mac and Linux. All you need is an internet connection and a current web browser version or a previous major version of Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari. An installed firewall is required for the release of the mydocma platform and the edr software portal.
