Since 2016, the HEGEMANN GROUP has been optimizing the incoming invoice workflow using the leading document management system, DocuWare. The analogue invoice release process is now digital and this includes the automated transfer of invoice data to the ERP solution Navision via our integration solution, docma SHARE. Further, the HEGEMANN GROUP relies on a digital construction file in DocuWare, in which all of its correspondence, inbox and e-mails are stored digitally.
