Project description

It took MARKGRAF 17 months to complete the 43-metre-high SAP tower with a view of the Frankfurt skyline and the Taunus mountains. The tower with its mirrored façade comprises a basement and ground floor as well as ten further storeys. Classic offices, design thinking rooms and areas with flexible workstations were created in a space of 9,000 square metres using state-of-the-art architecture. The building envelope has two levels – one with large-format box-type windows and one with impact panes. On the two top floors, the building was given a statically extremely challenging double-storey façade.
