The new docma PIX 7.0. Facelift for greater efficiency

At edr software, we know what makes your images really valuable – easy retrieval at any time, in any place, for everyone involved in the project. That’s what docma PIX stands for. And we know what makes docma PIX even more valuable – thanks to your suggestions and ideas for improvement. In the new docma PIX 7.0, these are combined with the many years of experience and innovative spirit of our team.

Images can now be indexed and found even more easily and quickly. Uploading plans and 360-degree images also allows you to visualise the location in detail. You can link images together, comment on them and add markers directly to the image.

We have also optimised and expanded some features for you!

Exakte Planzuordnung

With docma PIX, you can now also upload plans and store the corresponding images precisely in the plan. Simply go to the large image view and drag and drop the desired image into the plan.

Our tip: This function is ideal if you want to localise several images on one plan!

Helpful comments in pictures

In the large image view, you have the option of adding annotations to images. In this overview, you can simply drag and drop text fields and symbols into the image or plan and label them.

All-round view through 360-degree images

In docma PIX 7.0, you can import 360-degree images and then add pins to them. You can change the viewing direction simply by clicking on the image with the mouse.

The map view

In the map layout, all images with geo-coordinates are displayed on a world map.

Windows

You have the option of displaying several image views: Thumbnail view, large image view, detailed view, map view and the windows: Active filters‘ Properties’ Search and Index in docma PIX.

Here you can show or hide the respective windows as required.

Further indexing options

Images can now be easily indexed using drag and drop.

Simply place the desired image on a tag or vice versa.

Extension of the filter options

The timeline: You can filter for images very quickly below the function bar. By selecting the menu on the left and the selection on the timeline on the right.

Active filters: You can now see all active filters below the timeline and delete the active filters by left-clicking.

Free text search: You can also filter by title, description and file name in the ‘Free text search’ field.

In the ‘Filter by tags’ field, you can search images and plans for specific tags.

It is also possible to filter by image type: (images, 360° images, plans) and by import user.
Search function for pins:

In the Search & Index area, you can filter for linked images in the third tab ‘Search in image’. This is possible when you are in a linked image.
