Project description

In September 2020, HW-Ingenieure GmbH was awarded the contract for the ‘GOeast’ project in Hamburg by Otto GmbH & Co KG – for the audit and service phase 8 including construction management tasks. The conversion of an existing logistics building into an office complex for the Otto Group is being realised on the site at Werner-Otto-Straße 1-7 in Hamburg’s Bramfeld district. The approximately 36 metre high building has nine floors above ground and a basement and comprises a total of around 59,000 square metres of gross floor area (after conversion approx. 47,900 m² gross floor area). The building will have an inner courtyard, which will provide access and light to the office areas. mydocma MM is used for defect management.
