Project description

Welfengarten is part of the large neighbourhood development on Nockherberg. On the former site of the Paulaner brewery, Bayerische Hausbau has built a total of 390 flats on Welfenstraße, 320 of which it owns. The sizes of the residential units cater for different needs: they range from 30 square metres for flats to 150 square metres for two- to five-room flats and are arranged around a large, green inner courtyard. A versatile infrastructure with a day care centre, shops and restaurants in the ground floor zone on Welfenstrasse round off the urban development concept. The façade and roof landscape with arched, protruding standard storeys and the offset bay windows on the top floor set architectural accents. The differentiated colour design picks up on the dialogue with the surrounding buildings.

The success story: 100% digital workflow in the Welfengarten
