Project description
A high-quality residential and commercial building with 240 rental flats, an underground car park with 70 parking spaces and 2,600 square metres of retail space was built on the site of a former supermarket in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district. For the PAPPELALLEE 45 project, HW-Ingenieure GmbH was entrusted with work phases six to nine: tendering & awarding, construction supervision and warranty monitoring. Our mydocma MM solution was used to process the defects.
