Project description
With the angular high-rise THE SPIN, Mainzer Landstraße has been enriched with an eye-catcher. The tower on Güterplatz measures 128 metres and is in a prime location between the Frankfurt Trade Fair and the main railway station. The 4-star superior hotel NH Collection will occupy the first 20 floors, while offices with a view of Frankfurt city centre will be built on floors 22 to 31. Even from a distance, the architectural ‘spin’ can be recognised – the visual separation of the floors through a slight rotation of the floor plans. The top floor offers a highlight with a large, fully accessible roof terrace.
