Day 2 ─ Warranty Management in Practice

Practical Examples and Implementation
Practical application of legal requirements using concrete case studies and typical situations encountered in day-to-day project work: Handling notices of defects, setting deadlines, and clarifying responsibilities
Hands-On Workshop with mydocma MM
Targeted use of the digital defect management module mydocma MM from edr software: Introduction to the most important functions and training on relevant processes using selected examples—including valuable tips for the effective handling of cases

Day 3 ─ Negotiation Skills
Successfully Negotiating Warranty Claims
