Founded in Osnabrück in 1969 and now headquartered in Georgsmarienhütte, MBN BAU AG provides high quality services in all areas of construction and across the entire life cycle of a property. Over 500 employees at a total of 12 sites in Germany and three branches abroad are dedicated to numerous projects.

Docma MM ensures trouble-free defects management on selected projects, such as the construction of the administrative building of Mecklenburgische Versicherung (Hannover), the Tabbertstrasse residential complex (Berlin) and the Derendorf Campus (Düsseldorf). However, our software solution is also used for comprehensive refurbishment orders, such as for existing buildings on the site of the former Bochum “Werk Stahlindustrie”.
