Project description
The administration of the Mecklenburg Insurance Group consists of four four-storey building blocks, which are grouped around a common inner area. The brick complex continues the specific building tradition of Hanover and thus blends in well with the cityscape. The ground floor houses a conference area for up to 200 people. The basement comprises an underground car park with 34 parking spaces as well as technical and storage rooms. The entire building was realised barrier-free and meets high sound insulation and thermal insulation standards.
