Project description
Köster has created space for a thousand workplaces on the former post office site at Braunschweig’s main railway station with the 70 metre high Business Center II office tower. The light-flooded building is extensively glazed and equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning systems. At 20 storeys, the tallest office tower in the city has a roof terrace and a spacious catering area. The use of a crane-independent, self-climbing wind shield and a structured logistics concept ensured accelerated completion of the building.
