Project description
The headquarters of the law firm Flick Gocke Schaumburg combines filigree architecture with state-of-the-art technology. The unusual design by Düsseldorf-based architects Eller + Eller won the Future Project Award at the international property fair MIPIM in Cannes in spring 2014. The prestigious building consists of four interconnected six- and seven-storey wings, which are arranged around a covered atrium. The FGS campus also has three basement levels, most of which are used as underground car parks. Köster GmbH constructed the flagship property on a turnkey basis, including the outdoor facilities and execution planning.
