Project description
A lot of space in a small area – the Isar Tower South is an answer to the latent housing shortage in Munich. The imposing 16-storey tower was built on a former factory site of the Siemens Group in Obersendling and comprises a total of 72 flats of various sizes. Five instead of four façades reduce the wind load on the upper floors and, in combination with the changing relief structures, create a special visual effect.
