Project description
Hochbau Falkowski has created living space for those on a tight budget with functional micro-apartments in the Berlin district of Lichtenberg. The i Live Group developed the boarding house on 10,000 square metres of floor space with an underground car park and lets the 362 units to students. The complex is characterised by modern architecture and a high level of living comfort despite the small room sizes.
