A look back at the practical workshop

As part of the recent certification seminar organised by the BVM Academy, Managing Director Frank Eckel showed participants how the mydocma modules effectively support warranty management through efficient processes: from comprehensive defect recording with clear location details, photographic documentation and assignment of responsibilities, through to case-specific deadline and status management as well as correspondence in accordance with VOB, right through to simple clearance reporting, mobile on-site tracking and much more.

Using selected practical examples, relevant procedures were practised using the following three modules:

• mydocma AP Form Management – for comprehensive flat handover reports
