Project description
The insurance group Allianz is relocating its Berlin headquarters from the striking Treptowers near the River Spree to the important science, business and media centre of Adlershof. The new office complex consists of three buildings, each with five floors and connected by pedestrian bridges, and offers a total of 60,000 square metres of rental space. The premises are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and allow for flexible office concepts. The property is a prime example of environmentally friendly construction: Upon completion, it is set to receive the DGNB Platinum certificate – the highest possible award from the German Sustainable Building Council.
