Project description
The NEW OFFICE AIRPORT STUTTGART (NOAS) building trio is the entrance to the growing Airport City in the north-west of the airport site in the capital of Baden-Württemberg, visible from afar. The two interlocking main structures have seven upper storeys and visually form the curved contour of a horizontal figure of eight. Among other things, they house offices and meeting rooms, social rooms, a library, the building management and the IT service. Attached to this complex is a third building with four storeys, which houses conference rooms, an auditorium, a canteen and a café-bistro with a roof terrace. A two-storey underground car park, landscaped courtyards in the centre of the ring buildings and a prestigiously designed forecourt round off the ensemble.
