Project description
Bayerische Hausbau has created a residential complex with a total of 86 units at Schleißheimer Strasse 232 in Munich’s Schwabing district. The ensemble, consisting of five buildings with five storeys and one building with six storeys, owes its name to its immediate proximity to Luitpoldpark. The 36 to 223 square metre flats have been designed to accommodate different household sizes and lifestyles – from single flats to six-room flats. The direct connection to the green spaces via footpaths and cycle paths makes the complex particularly attractive for families. The residential units are south-facing and have spacious terraces, balconies and roof terraces.
