Project description
MARKGRAF built the MOTEL ONE on Berliner Freiheit, not far from Bonn city centre, within 22 months. Underground car parking spaces and technical rooms are located in the basement. The foyer and offices are located on the ground and ground floors. The 207 guest rooms are spread over the eight floors of the building. An illuminated façade serves as a visual eye-catcher.
